Documenting the 2017 Solar Eclipse at The Research Triangle Park...

Can't believe it's almost 2 yrs now, since the 2017 Solar Eclipse...

Decided to finally upload a somewhat personal video that I had recorded when I worked at IBM-Seterus at The Research Triangle Park, on Aug 21st, 2017. (Being that I don't work there anymore). This is sorta' like a Video Journal of that event, which interestingly turned out to be, pretty much the beginning of the end of another chapter in my life...

I have been unable to find the Seterus website anymore, which is why I only referenced the link above, where you can read some of their glowing reviews. Because of that, I am probably going to have to reference my own customer reviews while I worked at the company here: Customer Appreciation Awards for Vito Masilotti...

Seterus is (or was?) a Mortgage Servicing company, primarily for Fannie Mae loans. Having worked in the Mortgage Servicing Industry for over 10 years, I learned allot. In more ways then one. There IS allot of corruption. No doubt about it. What has been revealed in the news (and on social media) is really only the tip of the iceberg. Believe me. And when you're cut from a different cloth and all (just looking for a decent job) it therefore can be quite challenging, to say the least. As it seems to particularly attract a certain kind of individual (if I can be frank) who may really not be on the level. O.K. I'm going to come right out and say it: It has a propensity for attracting Career Criminals! Depending to a large extent on the particular company, and really, to some extent (as much as I love the Real Estate business myself) by the very nature of the Industry itself. Let's face it. As many of us already know (like the financial industry itself) that it's rife with greed, scams, and fraud. Hence, the reason why it often attracts a bad element to begin with. And the corruption often runs deep. (If you know what I mean?) But anyway, never-the-less (to be honest, but nice) I can still remember working at one particular, large mortgage servicing company for example, where many of us knew the derision allot of the homeowners had for the government loan modification program that was initiated by the Obama administration (and how it really fell short, to say the least) during the housing and foreclosure crisis of 2008 (thru around 2010) while still having to do your job and help them as best as you could under the circumstances, as it really would personally break your heart, hearing some of the stories and the human suffering that many of them were going thru, and where you would really wish you could do more; knowing that in countries like Iceland for instance, they were actually arresting those who were behind the fraud, with the government (thru the protests of its people, who were demanding the prosecution of the criminals involved, including those connected within the government itself) eventually forgiving a huge part of the mortgage debt. In other words, basically bailing out the homeowner (and taxpayer) instead of the big banks! And I am not saying that I think ALL banks are bad either. I'm just not going to go there. There's just too much to it...

I also have to say (to be quite frank) that I thought that IBM's choice (which has long been known as a computer technology company) to acquire a company like Seterus (which is a mortgage servicing company no less) was rather odd, and was quite surprised when I first found that out; in addition to it becoming such a significant part of its business, and income. Just sayin'...

"Give me control over a nation's currency, and I care not who makes its laws."  -Mayer Amschel Rothschild (Founder of Rothschild Banking Dynasty)

One other thing (known to me and at least one other person) is that I thought IBM's choice to name its analytical software: "Watson" (although they say it is named after one of the company's founders) is totally OFF THE CHARTS weird! (And quite possibly even sociopathic). Could be coincidence, and a rather odd one at that (to say the least) with everything considered, possibly in relation to the Seterus business model for instance (I don't know) but something which I am definitely not going to get into here. (Really none of anybody's business anyway). Also, in case anyone is worried about what many of the Democrats and Liberals say (by the way, I am a Democrat myself, because we basically have only two parties to choose from right now to begin with) Seterus was oddly (and I am definitely NOT a racist, but this is a fact) like over 95% black! So there was DEFINITELY no economic disadvantage there. Just sayin' man. And there also definitely seemed to be some favoritism for others who were black as well. (To say the least). Once again, just sayin' man. Not really going to go there. But I mention these things for a reason. (Being an honest Italian American, with the name Vito, I've had my own share of discrimination. Give me a break!) Just acknowledging the hypocrisy there, with allot of people. (And how the American Media often uses this to their advantage, and to divide people, and to divert attention from the real issues that effect everyone, regardless of race, and regardless of those stories that are valid in relation to this never-the-less). Well anyway, just going to share some pictures here from my time there, that I thought were kinda' interesting. Oh, yea. "Memories, like the corner of my mind..."

Oh yea, this is really interesting. The fish on the door that is. (Hmm, inadvertently watching the Rachel Maddow show on MSNBC, and she just mentioned the Fish and Wildlife Service!!! I kid you not. Wow). Crazy shit. Anything to do with something in the industry known as: Phishing? Mmm, not really gonna' go there...

Oh, yea. This was REALLY strange (disturbing, troubling, distressing, creepy) and alarmingly subliminal as well. (I know what I mean). But that was the psychological attempt. (Insanity is, what insanity does). The big, mean black chick (and I mean, MEAN!) sitting to the right of me, all of a sudden, started bringing in a specific cup of cofee everyday, with this particular logo on it. And the strange vicious puke that would sometimes spew out of her mouth was absolutely incredible, and hard to listen to. (And I never even mentioned anything about a girl with red hair to anyone. Ever!) But not going to go there either. (Guys were brutal, man). Wow. Whew. Enough said...

But, in other words, when certain people (ya know, people you don't trust) seem to know things about your personal life (whether in the past or not) and they are things that you definitely wouldn't volunteer to tell them to begin with (and you know they're lying in the first place) that speaks volumes of something much deeper and sinister; and it should be a no brainer as to why that would be extremely concerning. But way too personal to get into here...

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."  -Thomas Jefferson

Just had to share this here man. Way too funny to pass up. But anyway, this actually seems to be an advertisement for a legitimate outfit. (And possibly even a valid alternative to many of the vultures out there). But don't know much about the organization at this time, so I am really unable to endorse them. Absolutely brilliant commercial though. They definitely, at least get an A+ for that one. All in good fun...
