Here is another song that I had originally written some time ago, also back on Long Island, New York. The recording turned into something of a genre crossover between Pop/Dream Pop and Progressive Country/Country Pop, and even somewhat in line between the music of Ed Sheeran, Kacey Musgraves, and Sturgill Simpson, for example. Also, I have to say, interestingly coincidentally (but really not intended) everything seems to have been finished for release (and with the Music Video and all) around the time of my birthday, when the expectation of new life is brought into the world. (And which is also somewhat symbolic of a parent's hope and dreams for that child). So, in that regard (especially when I really took a good look at the song art and video thumbnail and all) the whole project became somewhat emotional for me as well. Just sayin'…
